COVID Considerations Request:
The hall is large enough for everyone at the workshop (minimum 8 people, maximum 10) to be socially distanced at the currently recommended 2 metres when working at their own sewing station. The hall windows will also be open to provide ventilation and heaters provided to keep us
warm if needed!
Whilst we continue to live with Covid, we would kindly ask that you please bring your own sewing machine, mat and sewing kit on the day.
As a consideration for other quilters attending the workshops, please do not attend a workshop if you or someone in your immediate family is suffering from any covid symptoms.
During the workshops there will be disinfectant wipes and hand gel available to clean hands and shared facilities such as the irons and rotary cutters before and after use if desired.]
We want to reassure you social distancing and ventilation measures can be accommodated in the hall if they are advised.

Cancellation by the organisers:
A minimum number of attendees will be required at each
workshop for a session to be viable. If, 3 weeks prior to the date of the relevant workshop, the minimum number of bookings has not been reached, Ileana reserves the right to cancel the workshop and a full refund will be provided to you for the relevant booking. If a workshop has to be cancelled for any other reason, including for compliance with any Covid regulations in place at the time being, a full refund will be provided to you for the relevant booking.

Cancellation by you:
You may cancel a booking within 14 days of confirmation from Ileana (which will be by email) that your place at a workshop has been successfully booked. A full refund of any relevant fees paid will be made if cancellation is made within this 14-day period unless the date on which you cancel falls within the 3-week run up period to the relevant workshop, in which case a refund of 40% of the relevant fees will be made.
